I am writing a review for the Station on West Prien Lake Road. I believe the mgr. was Brandon and he had my truck for 2.5 days without letting me know what was the problem until I called him on the 3rd day. He said he'd call me back at 3:00 on Saturday but never did. On Monday I called and spoke to Juan he told me the problem and said he'd have it out before closing, he kept his word. Thanks Juan ... Thursday at noon till Monday at 4:30. I'm not impressed.

Bryan, I know that Devon (Manager at the Prien Lake location ) tried calling on Friday 3/06/2025 @ 12:06 pm and it would say that the voice mail box full. I sent you a screen shot of the call . Brandon is a salesperson trainee and he should have call you back if he said he was going to. I appreciate you brining that to my attention so I canget with him and correct that. .Devon was Off this Saturday. If we could have got in touch with you Friday this would be a different story . Bryan you have my cell number you can call me anytime especially if you are having a problem .
